New data collection doesn't show in data table

Hello everyone, 

I use my map in field maps app to collect data. There is a polygon layer and I would like to collect data from it, when I change the status of the field I want the old data saved, not changed. But It changes, old data is getting lost. Do you know a way for it to be saved when field changes ?

Sounds like you want to have versioning of your data? This is only possible with Enterprise services
