my Filter widget layer list is EMPTY

Hello guys,

I'm new to arcGIS Online,

and I'm currently discovering teh widgets on it,

I've created some shapefiles on ArcMAP, zipped them and added them to a map on AGOL

my problem is, when trying to add any widget for my layers, the layers list is empty,

meanwhile the layers are added to the map and they are showing on teh legend and layer list and they have an attribute table

I don't know what's the problem ?
