I just updated my program with the new subscription.  Now, "My Content" is showing up in my folders but not on the Mapping tab.  So when I start a new map and search for my previous information it doesn't show up.  How do I get it from the folder to the map search?

Hey @TamaraKrogman

Could it be possible that the items were moved to a different login? I'd check the My Organization tab as well, and if they're in there, transfer the items to yourself if you're an administrator.

Cody,

I only have one login and am the only one in our office that uses it.  I can see all my content in the "content" tab and under "my content" but when I start a new map "browse layers" and add a layer from "my content" it says "no content available".

Hi @TamaraKrogman

Could you share more details about the type of items you see listed under your Content? Are they Feature (hosted), Feature layers, Web maps, etc?

Feature layers and Web maps.  All the information is pulled into the content from my computer.

Thanks for confirming!

In Map Viewer, if you go to Save and Open >> click on Open map, do you see all Web maps listed from your Content?

Awesome!

If you have saved Web Maps in your Content, you can open them by going to Save and Open >> click on Open map.

Find and open a map: https://doc.arcgis.com/en/arcgis-online/get-started/view-maps-mv.htm#ESRI_SECTION1_C30D73392D964D51A...

The option to Browse layers would only list Layers, whether they are in your Content, shared with the  Organization or Groups, Living Atlas, or publicly shared items in ArcGIS Online.

Browse layers: https://doc.arcgis.com/en/arcgis-online/create-maps/browse-layers.htm

It would be good to confirm by changing the category to Living Atlas or ArcGIS Online. Do you see items listed when you change the Category from the drop-down?
