This should be an easy one. I am adding Map notes to my map using the text icon. Right now the string I add is all on one line. I need to put some sort of linebreak in for multiple rows of text (and no, lining up individual little text boxes won't fly) . Do I need to dump some HTML or Python in? The aim is for my normal staff to be able to use this.
Thanks,
Tycho
Hi Tycho,
Multi-line labels aren't supported in the current version of Map Viewer. This is also not supported with Map notes. You can create multi-line labels using Arcade and display them in a 4X Javascript configurable app like Media Map or Styler.
You can see an example in this related post: Re: ArcGIS Online label expression
