I like the ability to rotate the map in the beta map viewer. But is there a way to make it permanently stick in that position? I have a building that faces South and I want show it in the viewer where North is on the bottom of the map. Is there any way to do this? Or possible through an app?

Hi Chris Olsen, the ability to save the rotation will be coming in a future update to map viewer beta.
Cheers,
Chris

How can I disable rotation in the Map Viewer? I'm working for a state agency and creating dashboards. There is no reason to need the map to rotate, so I would like to disable that so that it can't be done by accident.
I didn't even know the ability to rotate a map existed until some users were viewing it on a touch screen and discovered it. Now I'm scrambling to find a way to disable it, but so far I've only found a way to do it if you're in the JavaScript API, not a normal web map.
Are we now able to rotate the web map in Map Viewer Beta? If so, where in the Map Viewer Beta interface do we set the rotation value?
