Hi, all.
There are any way, in arcgis online applications (WebApp, configurable apps) to lock the map extents so the users cannot zoom out of those extents?
For instance, they can see the map of all Europe, but can't see America and can't go there in any way though the app.
A similar question was asked about 2 years ago for dashboard maps and still don't have that enhancement available. Any possibility to do this in webapps?
