KML not working?

Hello,

About a month ago I uploaded a kml and created a web map and they worked perfectly. Now, I can neither view the we bmap nor the kml in ArcGIS.com. After a long pause I get the following error:

"The KML, Access to Rails 2010, is not available or cannot be added to the map."

I tried uploading a new kml and can't see that one either. I can download the kml so I know the data is intact.  Does anyone have any idea what is going on?

it's working for me. What browser are you using? Perhaps Internet Explorer?

You do have to navigate the heirarchy of the Contents panel to turn layers on.

Clem,

Turns out your KML is regionated KML, which we don't currently support. That's why it didn't display initially. THe reason we were able to get it to work is after you got to the base KML, it didn't specify regions.
