Can someone please point me to documentation for Esri/AGO's javascript map template called "Chrome - Twitter" ?

My use of that template is here:  http://bit.ly/rFvbTU

I get zero results when I use the Twitter widget to search the #reynosafollow channel that is reported here:  http://bit.ly/vWjFX5  .  But when I search directly from Twitter, there are results as recent as 12 minutes ago.

I suspect that the template has the search timeframe set very narrow.  But I can't find any documentation.  The readme file that comes with the downloadable app is a boilerplate that says nothing specific to this app.  (Hasn't been updated at all, apparently; it still downloads as "azuretwitter.zip")

Thanks,

I can reproduce your problem. In general, the results from twitter seem to vary. With some queries, I expected to get a lot of results but only a few are returned.  The problem seems to be with the twitter API. I've seen several other people report similar problems on twitter forums. Here is the most relevant one.

If you can do a bit of programming, you might want to check out this twitter API...

I'm trying to understand the mash-up as I'm having the same issue. Sometimes the twitter feeds load, but most of the time it does not. (http://apps.arcgis.com/hosted/OnePane/twittertimeline/index.html?appid=c53f728c70eb43f89ad923644ffb9...)

I'd love to further customize this map as well, good template, but it could be further customized.
Great concept though, and it'd be awesome to get twitter data into arcGIS for better analysis!

I thought it was an ESRI issue, I'll have to look up the twitter API. Thanks!

[EDIT]
Found the arcGIS online API's and http://www.esri.com/services/disaster-response/japan-earthquake-tsunami-2011-map/about.html I have some playing to do!
