In ArcGIS Online as an organisation we have data marked as Authoritative. For the purposes of data integrity these cannot be altered, however, without modifying the source data it is still possible to join additional attributes as necessary.
For some existing attributes it would be helpful if we could join a new column showing these attribute values translated into another language.
Is there a way to do this by joining a domain of coded values?
