Within ArcGIS Online, you are able to configure layer optimization for feature services. From what I understand, overwriting the service removes the optimization.
Is there a way to access whether or not the layer has optimization set via the Python API?
I reviewed a feature layer's item properties, as well as layer properties, but could not find this setting.
