Is it possible to limit usage of a hosted tile layer by publishing it with stored credentials?

I have uploaded and tile package and successfully published it however due to licence restrictions I need to limit the usage of it to our website IP address.

I have:

- Published the tiles as a tile layer

- Added the tile layer as a new layer in our ArcOnline account and stored credentials against it

- Attempted to add it to a map

The problem is it cannot access the hosted tiles.

Does anyone have a work around?

I have since spoken to ESRI UK and this is a bug in ArcOnline.
