It might be a good idea to move this thread to a different space since Community Help is primarily for help with GeoNet. Maybe a space like ArcGIS Online or Managing Data or just GIS
I have been having issues with basemaps loading. When I go to load one (like Imagery with Labels), it acts like nothing is happening. So I go to load it again and nothing happens. After the third time and giving up, I'll see three basemaps get loaded into ArcMap. So maybe it's just going really slow?
