I'm hoping to get some clarification around the AGO switch from HTTP to HTTPS. In particular, the reference (see link) to the Esri Support Services FAQ: What do I need to know about HTTPS Only and the ArcGIS Platform?
I would like some clarification around how this switch will affect web map popups that are on AGO. An excerpt from the link (above) is copied below for context. Our organization has links to other websites (within our organization and outside our organization) that don't use HTTPS. My question is, will those other websites (hyperlinks) need to be converted to HTTPS in order to work?

How I interpret the excerpt (above), is that anything that is added as an item (or hosted) on AGO will only be affected, not 3rd party websites (hyperlinks). Is that correct?
