How to toggle layers in an embed AGOL web map?

In AGOL map viewer I can toggle layers. Is there anyway to do this with the web map embed in a HTML page?

You can enable the layer toggle by adding &legendlayers=true to the web map URL used in the embed code. 

Alternatively, use the option Legend > Layer Toggle from the Embed option in the Web Map:
