Within in organisation, how can non-admin users check their current credit balance without waiting for hitting the wall of a zero balance?
thanks, Josef

Hi,
Administrators can enable the capability for users to view their remaining credits in their profile. This is an option where the administrator needs to enable credit budgeting and select the option to allow members to see their remaining credits.
Configure credits—ArcGIS Online Help | ArcGIS
If you want to view credits, I'd suggest asking your admin to enable this capability.

Kelly Gerrow can you verify
Apparently by peering over your administrators shoulder whilst checking your balance

Administrators credit viewing notification
Understand credits—ArcGIS Online Help | ArcGIS
Default administrators in the organization will be notified when 75 percent and 100 percent of their credits have been used and when a member has used 100 percent of their credit allocation limit. If your organization uses all of its credits, the subscription may be suspended or restricted, or go into a negative balance, depending on the subscription type.
ArcGIS Ideas has some threads along this vein which are under consideration

Can you ecplain why the remaining credit balance for individual non-admin AGOL users of their own allotted crexits would not be available by default? It seems this setting would be easier for administering A GOL.
It is an idea (my last link)
Hi Michael,
This is a feature that some administrators want available to their organizations and others do not. For this reason it is a configurable option by the administrator to decide how to display this information to their users.
