Hello all,
I am an admin of an arcgis online account and need to add one additional viewer license, we have used up the 6 viewer licenses we had. I can't find the correct screen to add one. I know how to assign licenses but have no idea how to buy an additional viewer license for Arcgis online. Is anybody, able to point me in the right direction?
My Esri is the portal for your relationship with Esri and generally where I would start.
The main website indicates you can add items to you cart and have them added to your subscription if you sign in.

Realistically you'll likely have the most success if you are the admin/business contact and hit the 'contact us' button with Esri or your distributor via their site.

Since you're an admin, go to https://www.esri.com/en-us/arcgis/products/user-types/buy, log in (if you're not logged in already), then add to cart and pay. Your cart should be showing your Organization name and Customer ID. I hope this helps.
