How to add a user type to ArcGis Online organization

Hello everyone. I need to add a member to my organization as a GIS Professionals user type.

Adding a new membre I receive the message:

Organization has not available user types to invite as member (translated from italian L’organizzazione non dispone di un numero sufficiente di tipi di utente disponibili per invitare membri.)

How can I solve this?

When you log into AGOL and go to Organization->Licenses->User Types

do you see any GIS Professionals user types available to be assigned?
