DotNet Support

I am trying to install Arc SWAT. For this purpose, I need these requirements: "ArcGIS DotNet Support". However, I can not find this folder in the ArcGIS folder (C:\Program Files\ArcGIS\DotNet). In order for ArcGIS DOTNet support to be installed, the .Net Framework 2.0 must be present on the target computer prior to installing ArcGIS. I installed .Net Framework 2.0, but I do have not a DotNet folder and I do not know what is the reason. For this reason, I can not install ArcSWAT on my computer. 

I would greatly appreciate it if you could help me with this issue.

I think ArcSWAT is not an Esri product, although I guess you need certain ArcGIS components to use it.

Perhaps the support people here are better placed to answer your question ?
