I'm looking for help from the GIS Brain Trust on how to generate a popup when a raster value is "found" within a polygon. Essentially what I'm looking to do is use the live doppler feed and when it passes over a watershed and contains a pixel value >x it would generate a popup with a message.
Is this even possible in ArcGIS Online? I'm using the NEXRAD from Living Atlas and a watershed boundary that I'm hosting on AGOL.
Thoughts?
