For Organizations: Question about usernames

When I login from ArcGIS Desktop, I don't specify my organization.

I'm sort of still in the trial/beta for "For Organizations"..

My question is once we purchase for organizations for real, will I have my own group of usernames?

I guess my question is for example my last name, cucinelli is my username, can someone who purchases for organizations for their organization have the same username? seems like you should but I can't really tell how ArcGIS desktop would know?

If I understand your question correctly, usernames need to be unique, meaning there can be only one "cucinelli" username.  If you have a personal account with the cucinelli username, you can invite that user to your organization, and he will then no longer have a personal account, he'll have an organizational account, but the above stays true, usernames need to be unique.
