Filter columns in pop-up

I have an operations dashboard that deals with the planning of certain activities. The planning goes in periods, so for each activity there are multiple columns that provide information about that activity. The columns are named with the period in front of the fieldname. An example is shown in the image below where you can see the periods in front of the fieldname:

I want the user to be able to filter the table based on the periods. So for example: The user selects "P1" , only the columns that start with 'P1' are displayed in the pop-up on the map.

Is this possible in some way?
