featuresetbyportal (and others) not available

Hello, I am trying to create some expressions using advanced formatting and could not find any answers relating to this, but does anyone have any clue as to why im seeing "not available" next to some of the Arcade functions? 

I am using my school account, but im not sure if it has something to so with the permissions, but any insight would be helpful. Thank you.

Hi Brandon,

This can depend upon what you are trying to accomplish.  If you are using an Arcade expression for symbology or labeling, you can not use a featureset.  However, if you are working on a pop-up or field calculate, you can use featureset.

Oh yes, I wanted to create a list but and use the Arcade expression to group values in a column for the list labels.
