Feature Service features not visible

Hi,

I am developing a web app and have been using a feature service hosted from an Arc Server instance.  I then published the service to an Arc Online organizational account.  When i look at the url pages for the individual service layers everything looks fine but when I paste these urls into my app the data does not show.  It loads successfully but the visibleAtMapScale property is set to false.  There is no scale at which the data will display.  Any help would be much appreciated.

Thanks for the quick response.  I figured out the problem.  My clients current security settings require public data sharing for me to edit the data.  Is there a code example somewhere of using tokens to access data?
