ArcGIS online has stopped posting any feature layers.
When I open a map on the Map Viewer or open a published application, all of the feature layers are shown as "Cannot be added to the map."
These layers are not new and have worked for a long time.
All of the Map Image Layers will post without any issues.
After reading through other posts, I did clear my browsing history, but the issue remains.
