We are experiencing an issue where a particular user continues to receive email notifications regarding exceeding the usage threshold set up for their ArcGIS account. The issue start the day prior, and I assigned them an additional 50 credits. I continued to monitor their account and credit usage for the day. No credits were consumed in a 24 hour period. However, the next day the individual is mentioning they continue to receive this email notification every half hour (30 minutes). Has anyone every experienced this? If so, how did you correct it?
Check the user's account and content items that they own. Also, If you are an admin there are reports you can run from AGOL account that include stats on what they are using, etc.
Thank for the suggestion Amanda, but I have already checked those items. I have been Administrating this site for a couple years now and this is a first instance of a user receiving emails every 30 minutes. Might take a call to Esri tech support (fun times).
