In case others are also tearing their hair out, todays performance issues look to be confined the EU data hosting, and US seems to be fine.

Please could others post on here if they have other data hosting regions, and whether the data is behaving as expected. It might help to narrow down where the issue lies.

It looks to be related to cross origin resource sharing

We have both EU and US AGOL instances, none of the EU-hosted ones are working but the US-hosted ones are working fine.

Yep we're EU hosted and having significant issues. The fact the US ones are fixed and EU is still down doesn't fill one with confidence.

We are in the EU too and having the same kind of issues, hosted feature layers not loading, notebooks now failing even though the runtime hasn't changed amongst other issues.

Really not great.

If anyone can spare a few seconds it would be good to give this Idea some kudos as it would massively help in situations like we are currently experiencing with EU hosted AGOL instances: https://community.esri.com/t5/arcgis-online-ideas/arcgis-online-health-dashboard-for-european-server...

The municipality of Tilburg in the Netherlands is also experiencing outages. Hosted Feature Services do not appear, time out, or are empty.

Apologises to anyone that is still experiencing issues with the EU node but if you are can you please log a support case with your distributor, this is the best way to get updates and be kept informed of what is happening.
