Hello - since the ArcGIS Online June 2025 Update last night, I am now getting a Gateway Timeout when trying to login.

Open Data site is really slow, signing into GeoNet really slow.  Seems to be an authentication issue somewhere?

Thanks,

David

Yep, it's a known issue that Esri is investigating. https://status.arcgis.com/

We've just had to down tools and finish for the day. Can't work with AGOL, can't log into Pro. Surveyors unable to sync work. It's a very very poor show from ESRI on upgrade day. How on earth are they not able to stress test this type of issue?

Same boat here... I can't log in to Pro, my colleague somehow got a Pro project to open but no online layers are loading. We have biologists in the field using Field Maps, and I fear I'll be hearing from them soon.

Having the same issues as others. Unable to access AGOL or use ArcPro. Every time I connect it immediately disconnects and hangs all of my projects. Will keep my eye out for when this is fixed.

Here's a wild idea, roll back the system to yesterday, take the hit from a PR embarrassment perspective, and then properly stress test with a new go-live set for July. You'd get more respect that way I'd imagine.

@DanielFox1 - The log in issues are sorted but hosted feature layers are just as bad as yesterday!!
