Hello - since the ArcGIS Online June 2025 Update last night, I am now getting a Gateway Timeout when trying to login.
Open Data site is really slow, signing into GeoNet really slow. Seems to be an authentication issue somewhere?
Thanks,
David
Yep, it's a known issue that Esri is investigating. https://status.arcgis.com/
i think its related to this: ArcGIS Online Health Dashboard
we're finding the same issues accessing apps and data
Stu
We've just had to down tools and finish for the day. Can't work with AGOL, can't log into Pro. Surveyors unable to sync work. It's a very very poor show from ESRI on upgrade day. How on earth are they not able to stress test this type of issue?
Same boat here... I can't log in to Pro, my colleague somehow got a Pro project to open but no online layers are loading. We have biologists in the field using Field Maps, and I fear I'll be hearing from them soon.
Having the same issues as others. Unable to access AGOL or use ArcPro. Every time I connect it immediately disconnects and hangs all of my projects. Will keep my eye out for when this is fixed.
Here's a wild idea, roll back the system to yesterday, take the hit from a PR embarrassment perspective, and then properly stress test with a new go-live set for July. You'd get more respect that way I'd imagine.
This issue should now be resolved, please clear your browser cache if needed, if you are still experiencing an issue please log a support ticket with your distributor to investigate further.
@DanielFox1 - The log in issues are sorted but hosted feature layers are just as bad as yesterday!!
@RichardHowe apolgises that you still encountering issues, if you are in the EU node please can you log a new support case with your distributor, this will be the best way to get your issue resolved and be kept updated.
Daniel. Yep we've done this. We still get more info about what;s going on via the forums than we do back from support cases though, which is frustrating
my.esri.com is not happy either
@DanielFox1 I've now read a few posts re the AGOL outage where users are tasked with contacting their regional resellers. Esri Inc has all the details and also knows who is using Pro & AGOL and where they are. In our case - the regional reseller doesn't respond to emailed cases very quickly so due to Esri doing its beta testing updates on live users' deployments on a end of week day (GMT+10 here), there is almost no point to me sending an email late Friday or over the weekend to find out what's going on.
It's Esri Inc's choice to be transparent and communicative or not. For the money we are charged, they should be doing to communicating, not us.
EDIT:To add - we pay a premium to be forced to use a local reseller in this day & age. Use some of that funds to have them do the testing on a staged regional rollout of updates rather than just dropping a mess on our heads every time.
is anyone else having performance issues today, we're starting to have slowness and timeouts again
