HI.  I was wondering if anyone has encountered this problem and knows if there is a way to fix it.  We are using the AGOL map viewer's share->embed generated html code in external (to AGOL) web sites and the popup buttons do not appear.  Well, they are there and work, but there are no button images. This problem seems to only occur in all versions of IE. Chrome and Firefox, at least, are fine.

Does anyone know if this is a known bug and/or is there something we can do to fix it?

If it helps, here's what we're using.

Thanks!

Our IT provided a solution to this issue, security settings in IE.

In the Internet Options tool, select the Security tab. Click on Trusted sites and then the Sites button. Add *://*.arcgis.com (you have to unclick the option "Require server verification (https:) for all sites in the zone") to this list. With this change, the icons are now showing up when I view your popups.

What version of IE are you using? I cannot reproduce this issue using IE 11.

I'm seeing this on IE11 on my machine, but I'm also seeing this in other applications, too.
