How can you download/export the file(s) for a feature layer you created on arcgis online to your desktop to share with others or to use with other programs?

Thanks Russel, I gave this a try but it only lets me save to folders on my ArcGIS online account. I can't save them to my desktop to edit in, say, QGIS. Is there something I'm missing?

Hey Russell - I realized I was missing a step and was able to download from my content page. Thank you!

Go to the idem details page for the feature layer and Export from there:

And then download it.

Thanks Rhett, but same as above - it only gives me options to save to folders in my ArcGIS online account. Not to my computer. Any ideas? Am I missing something?

did you go to the bottom of the setting tab from the items detail page and ensure that feature is enabled?

after exporting to FGDB, you open the details page for the exported database and there will be a download link.
