When using a developer subscription, the Partnered Collaboration is missing from the type of Collaboration listed. Only Distributed is available.
Do Developer Subscriptions support AGOL Partnered Collaboration?
If not, will it be supported?

Looking for info on this enhancement. Do you have a direct link? I've been unable to set up collaborations with a Development environment and there is no clear answer on if this is possible.
