discrepancy in dates between ArcGIS Online (AGOL) and the AGOL hosted feature class

How can I show the same date that is stored in the hosted feature class in AGOL?

What do you mean there is a discrepancy in the dates between AGOL and "the layer"? Where is "the layer" coming from? And by AGOL, are you referring to a hosted feature service, referenced feature service from an ArcGIS Server, etc.?

So what exactly is the discrepancy? You have a hosted feature class in AGOL with dates. Are you saying the dates in the hosted feature class are incorrect?

I assume he's maybe talking about Timestamps displaying in local time vs. UTC as published or something.

You might want to try Setting the Time Zone in the Map Properties.  

When you choose Data's time zone, the time will display without any adjustments for device time.
