Is there any way to delete a 30 day trial account? I need to get out so I can set up a subscription account. (These are ArcGIS for Organization accounts).

Your trial account can become your "real" account. There is no need to terminate the trial to start using it as your real organization account. You just have to let us know you want to do this.
