we have 3D data with a size exceeding 130GB that we want to publish on ArcGIS Online to create an online portal can we determine the number of credits required for this data, and what is the most efficient way to manage credits, such as using premium Feature Data Store or purchasing additional credits????

Hi Farah,

The credits required to host the data will be determined by what type of item you wish publish.

You can find the credit rate for various storage options in the Credits by capability section on this page.

Regarding credit management:

By default, ArcGIS Online organizations come with a Standard Feature Store which allows up tp 500 GB of data and you pay for credits for the data you store in a pay as you go model.

Upgrading to a Premium Feature Data Store increases your storage limit and also allows you to pay a fixed cost for storage rather than the pay as you go credit model offered by the Standard Feature Data Store.

To determine which of these models may work best for your needs. Estimate how many credits your hosted data will cost you per month and then calculate the yearly cost of storage. Compare that cost with the cost of a Premium Hosted Data Store to see if there's savings to be had. If you have an Esri account manager they should be able to help you determine which solution is best for your needs.

Thank you for the informative replay. All the data will be stored as a web scene, and I recommend the client purchasing an additional 1000 credits based on this calculation: To calculate the amount of data required for 150 GB over 3 months, you can use the formula: 150 * 1.2 * 3 = 540 credits. However, please note that they consumed 1000 credits in just 4 days.
