I've been working in ArcGIS Online for 9 years, and this has never happened.  I just tried to run an analysis (enrich layer with one data set from Living Atlas), and received an error message that my credit threshold had been reached, that the threshold was 100 credits, and I couldn't run the analysis.  Whatt?????  I often run analyses that take up to 3,000 credits, and this has never happened.  I have not changed any settings on my account.  The only possible difference - I was doing this in the new MapViewer rather than the older version.

Please help!

Hi @SuzanneLeckert ,

Have you tried looking at the Analysis settings in Map Viewer? To confirm, open the Analysis pane >> click on Analysis settings, to check the Crediting section.

Do you happen to have the option to Apply credit threshold enabled?

I haven't kept up with the specifics, because my organization is still more than a few versions "behind" and because licensing is a few levels above my pay grade at the moment, but I know ESRI recently made a really big update to its licensing terms & levels.

You might not have changed your license, but your license might've changed from under you.  (Or your organization might've had to change your license as part of the above).

What license(s) do you have?

My org recently had to put much tighter credit limits on most of its users because the service credit usage had got a bit out of control. You might look up your user profile in ArcGIS Online and see what the credit limit usage is, then contact the admins of your organization to have a discussion about what your credit needs are.

But I am the admin and the only user. I didn't set any threshold.

is it possible your org has exhausted all its service credits?

Nope.  We have plenty of credits.

Are you the admin for your Online org?

If not, I would check with your admin to see if they set that threshold. Here is some doc related to this: https://doc.arcgis.com/en/arcgis-online/administer/configure-credits.htm#ESRI_SECTION1_B5EFEED377214...

Can you provide a screenshot of your org's AGOL opening screen that shows the current credit status?
