Create mean daily rainfall map using daily rainfall rasters?

Hi,

I am a GIS student and cannot figure out how to do this.  I was provided with rainfall data rasters for two months (each raster shows the rainfall data for one day).  I am supposed to generate 5 rainfall maps (of the mean, max, min, std, and accumulative rainfall) for this time period.  I have combined the rasters into a mosaic but that's about all I can think of to do.  I would really appreciate any advice on this.

Try Cell Statistics—Help | ArcGIS Desktop using the individual rasters as input (not the mosaic).
