Cannot pan and zoom ArcGIS Online map using Chrome/Firefox browsers

Created map in Chrome (Version 26.0.1410.64 m), cannot zoom or pan using the mouse.  Zoom widget works.  Tested in Firefox (v18 and 20.0.1) and experienced the same problem.  Tested in IE 9.0.8112.16421 and saw normal behavior, able to zoom and pan using the mouse.

OS is Win 7 Ent, sp1

Update: Monitor attached to this computer is a Dell touch screen.  Pan and zoom works when using touch functions, but not when using the mouse.

I was going to ask if this is a touch screen device. We are aware of the issue. The browser returns to us that it's running on a tablet, thus we are only checking for touch events. This is one case where IE browser does a better job than Chrome or Firefox.

Curious if this issue is going to be addressed in the near future?  We are currently working on an application that will be using a touch device and just became aware of the issue while testing an application on a touch device at the Showcase during the recent 2014 Dev Summit.
