Cannot get pop-ups to work

I have been trying unsuccessfully to implement pop-ups on my webmap.  I have configured them and shared the map to everyone.  Help!

The iPad app crashes when I try to display a popup window. I'll pass it along to the appropriate team here. The only workaround I can suggest is to use the Safari browser...However, I did notice that we're not able to scroll the contents panel and you have a lot of layers. We'll have to work on that as well.
