Cannot change layer text in web map and Field app

Hello, 

Does anyone know how to change this text in the web map so it will then also be reflected in the Field App that is feeds?  Please see attached image. It is difficult to explain.

I have some layer sin the web map that the names of the layers and the text is correct in every place except where you click on the "edit" in the web map. now this would not an issue except that this feeds a Field App where you can see the incorrect text. anyway...long and the short of it...please see the attached image. and no, it is not the pop up text, or the layer name...tried those.

It appears as if you can change that in the Feature template in Field Maps web.
