I am a single user of the basic product in a small company, where I hope to upload to arcgisonline some historic map rasters that I georeferenced. Then allow an individual to look over the historic layers and perhaps create a layer of polygons where they see building footprints.
I do not have arcserver, and our company will never be able to afford it. Will the pricing structure that's just come out allow raster uploads in addition to the zipped shapefiles? We would at most ever have 10 users.
