Can you add multiple WMTS layers at the same time?

You can obviously add content/items from the web. We use WMTS layers from an aerial imagery provider and create content for each WMTS layer we want to use one by one which references a master capabilities statement (see image below to where we do this in my contents). Is it possible to add multiple WMTS layers at once to one new content item? For example, once you add in the WMTS URL, you can grab multiple layers instead of only one layer? Ultimately would want to add this combined WMTS layer to web maps and scenes in Enterprise/AGO.
