Can't reopen Introduction Window in Interactive Legend Instant App

I have an Interactive Legend app that includes an introduction window with some helpful information about the version of the map, details about its contents, and a contact email to report issues with the data or functionality. See the app here: https://stimsoncenter.maps.arcgis.com/apps/instant/interactivelegend/index.html?appid=e5ba63b1dc2a45...

I recall several months back being able to manually reopen this window by clicking on an information button in the top right corner, but I no longer see that button, despite the widget element still existing in that quadrant of the position manager. This is a problem for me as users who close the window cannot see it again without reloading the page (which is cumbersome as we have it embedded at the bottom of a page on our website) and those who select "Don't show this again" (which I want to keep as an option so that the window isn't excessively intrusive on refresh) cannot see it again at all without an unintuitive workaround like opening the page in incognito mode or another browser.

Is this an intentional change or a bug? Is my only way around this to change the dismissal settings and require people to refresh the page? Appreciate any guidance here, especially if I'm just missing a setting to turn this button on.

Thank you for reporting this. We've confirmed that this is a bug, not an intentional change, and the Instant Apps team is working on a fix for the next ArcGIS Online update.

For now, the recommended workaround is to configure the Introduction window's dismissal settings so users can access the content again with a page refresh.

We’ll follow up once a fix has been implemented.
