Best place to download or purchase shapefiles for Louisiana?

I am currently looking for shapefiles for Beauregard Parish, LA. More specifically, I am looking for the subdivided tracts within the sections of the townships. I have been able to locate shapefiles for townships and sections but not tracts and subdivided tracts. Any help that you may be able to give me would be greatly appreciated. I am looking for free download or PURCHASE. Thank you.

Is it census data in tracts you are looking for?

I am trying to build a map showing several of the sections within the parish. Some of the sections are located along a lake the the tracts have been subdivided into lots for lake houses. These lots are not your traditional tracts that can be described by N/2 W/2 of NE/4. I need to represent each tract or lot in the section though and I am just looking for a parcel layer that shows these subdivided lots. I am not even in need of any actual data behind the parcels.
