Attribute Table not loading for layers in Web App

Recently, table attributes stopped loading for the layers in my Web App.  Link ArcGIS Web Application 

Table will load in the map, but not on the Web App.

Anyone know why??

We had the same issue happen to us this morning.  Did you ever find out what caused the issue?
