Attachments not showing in pop-up in new map viewer for map image service

Hello - 

I have several map image services that have attachments that we have pulled into AGO from our enterprise portal. When we add them to the new map viewer, the pop-ups do not display the attachments. When we switch to the classic map viewer the pop-up is fine and the attachments are shown. The Feature Service for the same layer displays the attachments in the new map viewer in AGO just fine. Is this a known bug with the new map viewer? Or is there something we are doing wrong? See images below.

I've noticed this same thing. Any updates?

We talked to ESRI and it is a known bug that they are working on. They could not give us an estimate of when it would be resolved unfortunately.
