I need to certificate the ArcGIS Online reports (Organization menu). I need to clarify how long it takes to refresh the counts of application views, feature requirements, etc and details about how this really works.
I made some tests and in the same application, the viewer counter increases but the features parts of this application counter does not increase. Is there any official documentation about arcgis online-my organization reports?
