ArcGIS Online fails to display 3D features published by ArcGIS Pro

I couldn’t figure out why ArcGIS Online fails to display 3D features published by ArcGIS Pro. For example, the Hight of buildings is not displayed as shown in the screenshot below.

When publishing from Pro set the extrusion using "Base Height" and the set extrusion will be honored in SV. You can also set the extrusion in Scene Viewer as well.
