Issues here too, looks like similar problems with Hosted Feature Layers to Thursday/Friday last week following the update.

it's still a little slow bit a lot better than it was...

Given there have been three significant AGOL outages in the last six months, seemingly only affecting EU-hosted AGOL instances, I think this Idea (to have a European-focussed ArcGIS Online Health Dashboard) would be really helpful at times like this. During all three of these incidents the US-focussed ArcGIS Online Health Dashboard has shown no problems despite the fact that multiple customers with EU-hosted instances were unable to use the system. It would surely save significant time for the various Esri support teams around the continent as they have to field multiple queries from all their customers.
