Unable to bulk unassign licenses

Is anyone else having trouble bulk-unassigning the expired license types in ArcGIS Online?

If I only have a small group of users, it's working okay - but if I try to unassign users for a whole page, it's not working.

I click on the license, for example, Aviation Charting:

  • Click "only show members assigned this license" > we have about 164 users on the pages that need the license removed
  • Click "manage all on page"
  • A message appears asking if I want to unassign 60 members > I click "Unassign members"
  • It loads for a REALLY long time and then just errors out

(sorry, I can't post a video or more screenshots because I don't want to show users names and such)

I can unassign one at a time, or if it's less than a page of users it seems to work. But clicking on them one at a time is incredibly time consuming.

I would call tech support about this - but for whatever reason, our renewal deleted all of our authorized callers. So.....can't reach out to tech support. I have already messaged customer support to figure out why that happend because I didn't receive any notifications or messages about changes to our authorized callers. 

Just curious if this is happening to anyone else! From my troubleshooting, it looks like it's just having problems if it's a full page of users.

Okay - nevermind! It turned out our issues were with our license not being renewed correctly. Contacted customer support and it was resolved.
