Hi

What is the best way to add your own local authority street name labels and house number labels to a webmap without using the ones from the web or arcgis online.

Thanks

If you have a paid subscription, you can upload a featured tile service.

Open ArcGIS desktop, add your street centerline data and label it how you want it. Once you configured it how you would like it to look like, you can upload it to your account as a feature tile service. It is important to state, the bigger that file is the more credits you will consume. Depending on how many streets/address points you have this can be quite expensive.

Another way to this is if you have a ArcGIS web server. You can just host it there and add it to your ArcGIS online map, without having to use any credits.

Those are the only ways at this moment.

Hope this answers your question!
